I progressed to Senior Sales Negotiator within six months of starting with the business. I really enjoy working in a busy and dynamic sales office, being part of a hard working & dedicated team and providing a high quality service to all our clients. Outside of my job I enjoy travelling, eating out and wine tasting.

    I joined Park & Bailey in 1998, initially as secretary and then moved into sales. In 1999 we opened a dedicated sales progression unit concentrating on sales once they reach offer stage. I have found the skills learnt in my former career as a ‘wren’ in the Woman’s Royal Naval Service have greatly assisted in this challenging role. The path to exchange can be difficult for vendors and buyer alike and I take great pride in the care, commitment and professionalism that my team and I strive to bring to our part in their journey, liaising along the way with solicitors, other agents, brokers , surveyors etc.. Despite being the manager of the progression unit for 16 years I still get the same thrill when a client exchanges and consider myself very lucky to be doing a job I love, with two like minded colleagues and working for a company for which I have enormous respect. Happily married for 35 years I relax away from work by sea and river Kayaking with my husband.

    I started my career many years ago and during that time have gained experience working as an estate agent, manager of a letting agency, and spent many years as a customer service manager learning the skills which I have found useful in my current role and to date I still care deeply about good customer service. I joined the progression unit in 2003 and returned to it again after a brief spell abroad in 2010. I enjoy my role hopefully helping our vendors and buyers have a stress-free move. Away from work I enjoy working in my garden, walking and going to the gym keep me active.

    I started my estate agency career 25 years ago as a junior negotiator. Selling houses got under my skin and has been a passion ever since. I joined Park & Bailey initially in 2005 and returned in 2014 after a few years away. I am delighted to be working once again in the unit where my role is to help get the sales through as smoothly as possible and keep our Vendors and Buyers informed and happy, dealing with any problems within the chain, liaising with both Solicitors and other agents. In my spare time I enjoy helping with local guide group, wildlife and gardening are an interest along with spending time with my grandson and menagerie of pets.

    I started my career in 1995 with a corporate agent and after running successful offices as a Senior Manager I was given the opportunity of joining Park & Bailey as a Director and shareholder in 2003. Our focus has been to build on our already very well established name by delivering a high level of customer service and by achieving the desired results. We employ an innovative marketing strategy and utilise the very latest technology. We have an excellent sales team who benefit from having many years’ experience and an in-depth knowledge of the local area.

I have been with Fine & Country since February 2016 having dealt with the higher end of the market for the last 15 years. I was brought up in Sanderstead and now live in Old Coulsdon, a Croydon girl through and through. I have 3 amazing, now grown up children and I like to keep fit and will regularly be seen out running with my black Labrador Max.

    company. I was in a fortunate position to be able to work closely with
    numerous local estate agents which gave me an insight into the different
    levels of service provided; It was clear to me that Park and Bailey offered
    by far the most superior and professional service around.

    A keen eye for detail and a passion for property, I am to eager to further
    my knowledge in this fast moving industry. In my spare time I enjoy playing
    badminton, horse riding and going to the cinema.

I started as a junior sales consultant and have worked my way to Branch Manager learning more of my local area and the estate agency profession and being an Associate of The National Association of Estate Agents. I now use my years of experience in providing an excellent service whether that be selling your property or purchasing your first home. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my two children, socializing with friends, cooking, snowboarding, playing tennis and Golf.

This experience has given me extensive knowledge and expertise in the local and surrounding areas and I believe this is very much reflected in our continued success within the local market place.

    I can’t believe it’s been 14 years since I joined Park & Bailey, I have seen a number of homes being re sold several times during my years working here as part of the friendly sales team, which reflects on the good service we pride ourselves on. I live locally and have spent the majority of that time as a Senior Sales Consultant within the Warlingham Branch. I really enjoy living and working here and have strong connections with the village.
    The team is also aided by two long term members of staff Joan Corsini and Wendy Bryant who have both worked and lived in the area for many years and help with carrying out and arranging viewings and updating clients.
