We moved to our current location, a former bank, in 2001 where the distinctive Park and Bailey brand has been skilfully blended into the classic Victorian corner building giving Park and Bailey an imposing presence on the High Street and the opportunity to maximise our extensive property portfolio.

We are one of two Park and Bailey offices in the local area with our lettings branch based in Caterham Valley allowing us to double the exposure for vendors. Our expertise in property sales is extensive as we are experienced in handling property, from studio flats to family homes in excess of a £1m, over a wide area including Caterham-On-The-Hill, Caterham Valley, Chaldon, Whyteleafe, Kenley and Godstone.

The Caterham Hill branch is run by Chris Knowles who has been with Park and Bailey for several years, along with a team of experienced and enthusiastic staff all of whom have an impressive track record of delivering a high standard of customer service, for which Park and Bailey has become known.
