With nearly three decades of experience in the estate agency industry, I proudly hold the position of Senior Sales Coordinator. My journey began as a Saturday girl for an agency in Merstham, where I managed viewings and administrative tasks while raising my children. Transitioning into a full-time role in Godstone, I honed my skills in property sales before being recruited to work for an Estate Agents in Caterham Valley, where I dedicated 12 years of service.
A pivotal moment in my career led me to Park and Bailey as a sales progressor. Starting as a junior sales progressor in the Caterham office, I collaborated with solicitors and managed chains to ensure seamless property sales. Over time, I advanced to the role of Senior Sales Progressor, handling properties in Warlingham, Caterham, and Coulsdon.
What I find most fulfilling in my role is assisting both vendors and buyers in navigating the complexities of the buying and selling process, overcoming challenges, and witnessing the satisfaction of a successful exchange.
