Communication & Feedback
We know that communication is central to your move and understand from experience that clients want to be kept fully updated along the way and offered help and advice too. This starts with our four point feedback following viewings. We request initial feedback from every viewer which includes three positive points, something they would wish to change and their thoughts on price. This helps our clients gain an understanding of how the market feels about the property, helping with the decision making process and tailoring of future marketing.
Offers & Negotiations
Any offers that come forward on your property will be handled with the upmost of professionalism and in line with the Guild and Ombudsman’s codes of practice. We conduct full due diligence checks on our buyers at this stage and would not advise acceptance of an offer until we could fully endorse them to you. Not only will we advise you on a buyer’s chain status and means of purchase, but also whether their requirements, such as timeframes, are in line with yours.
Once you have secured a purchaser the next step is to get your onward moved arranged. Exchange & Completion
