The Park and Bailey Caterham Valley office is the lettings centre for all of our company branches. We also provide a support role to the Caterham-on-the-Hill Sales office by handling residential sales enquiries as well as providing advice on the buy-to-let/let-to-buy market.
The branch benefits from a conveniently located office on Station Avenue, set in the hub of Caterham Town Centre, and opposite the mainline train station with good parking facilities nearby, making us very accessible for all our customers.
