Our service includes advice on value, visiting the property, taking or noting all relevant information, marketing the property, erecting an advertising board, finding a purchaser and/or tenant, instructing solicitors and progressing the transaction through to completion.

Closely related to property investment is the management of the acquired property on behalf of Clients. We offer services ranging from purely collection of rent to full management, including advice on maintenance and insurance.

In an effort to provide the complete professional service we can carry out valuations on single properties or portfolios for investment, sale, purchase, leasing and tax purposes. Also we can assist with structural surveys, the preparation of dilapidations and/or condition, plus put you in touch with specialist financial advice.
