Similarly, we listen very carefully to our buyers in to order help them find and locate their ideal home. Our sales teams are extremely effective in understanding and interpreting buyers requirements and its this combination which allows us to stay ahead of the competition.
Customer service is at the heart of our business, so much so that after just two weeks of marketing, clients are sent a questionnaire to ensure we are meeting the required standards. In addition to this, on completion, both buyer and vendor are sent an extensive questionnaire which we ask to be completed and it is this which allows us to continually make improvements where necessary.
Finally, we have been chosen as local representatives for Hometrack and the Guild of Professional Estate Agents, something very few agents can claim. In addition we have signed the code of conduct for the Ombudsman scheme as approved by the OFT.
