We have spent the last five decades building a brand name based on a reputation to deliver great results, underpinned by a first class service.  We constantly strive to improve the service we offer wherever possible and are only able to do this by gaining feedback from ALL customers.  We do this in two ways: firstly we send new clients a Marketing and Service questionnaire approximately 2 weeks after instruction, this allows us to monitor the service at the very start and adjust accordingly. Secondly, once the transaction has completed we send both vendor and buyer a comprehensive questionnaire which covers the whole sale, from start to finish and then we ask to be scored between 0 and 10 for overall service delivered.  These questionnaires are then used to modify and improve our service and has often led to some very postives changes such as introducing 'Client Liaison Managers' which has proved to be an enormous success.
